I - ACTIVITIES

CBM has been providing to IBM installations since 1989 a high level of support and an advanced
quality of service.

CBM is a No. 1 quality service and support organization.

The professional work and positive involvement of CBM engineers have gone beyond the contractual
obligations to respond to any requested study, software support, telecommunications expertise, turn
key contracts, etc...

CBM has been during numerous years the No. 1 Co. SELLING solutions including IBM platforms
Machines
in Lebanon.
CBM signed computer solutions including the largest IBM computer machines ever signed in Lebanon
since numerous years .
The largest IBM RS/6000, AS/400 and S/390 have been sold and installed by CBM.
Numerous IBM PC's large contracts have been signed.

The Co. is providing complete solutions and selling the following products:

- All IBM systems and solutions. CBM is a dedicated Co. to IBM products.

CBM is a 1st Tier IBM Business Partner Solution Provider for:

CBM buys directly from IBM and gets full support.

The Co. is a systems integrator including IBM platforms and products in its proposals.

 As a matter of fact, CBM covers to-day the largest majority of the IBM installation base including:

CBM has been awarded a US Aid agreement to Lebanon in order to install PC's and Servers
equipment at numerous government locations. CBM was selected among 35 local companies.
CBM was awarded numerous contracts to automate over 1000 Lebanese Municipalities.


CBM is the agent of G & D which has been awarded the security printing of the Lebanese banknotes.

CBM is also the agent of ROYAL CANADIAN MINT which was awarded the minting contract of
Lebanese currency coins.


Management:

CBM General Manager, PIERRE ABI JAOUDE, with 16 years of IBM international experience in Europe
and the Middle East, ex - IBM Regional Manager, 10 HPC's and 1 Golden Circle, holds 3
University degrees
: Engineer of the Ecole Centrale de Paris, BS Economics, BA Industrial Psychology.


Maintenance , Support and Training :

CBM has its Head Quarters in Fanar and a Branch Office in the Concorde Center Verdun -Beirut .
The Co. is planning to establish maintenance offices in Saida, Tripoli and Zahle in order to support its
installations outside Beirut.
CBM is planning to build a CBM-IBM Building.

The Co. will insure all necessary parts, displacement of personnel and coordination for a high standard
of maintenance, support and satisfaction performance.

CBM experience and actual performance insure a very organized maintenance, support and quick
response time.For that purpose, the qualified personnel is trained and available to fulfill the above tasks.

The CBM stock of spare parts, local availability, in Lebanon, is an exceptional record.

CBM has all Systems Engineering software expertise to support all the IBM systems , PC's and networks.

The Co. insures also training of the customer personnel in Lebanon and Outside Lebanon.

CBM has a very successful business in Lebanon, selling, maintaining and supporting numerous
large installations.

To-day CBM is of an international level with representatives in the U.S. and Europe.
